All Items marked Pre-order are Sold under a open Eta fulfillment agreement.

Prophet-Designs does not guarantee a set delivery on items that are marked as Pre-Order.

Conditions that may impact timeline include but not limited to; Material and manufacturing delays, Machine Downtime, Availability of colors for Printed materials , etc

PLEASE UNDERSTAND all orders are hand packed and assembled by one person.

Canceling a Pre-order Item will incur a 15% Restocking fee.

Pre-orders Can not be canceled if more than 7 buisness days have passed.
